ATV90-01 motor tune up?

Hi!
Im new to this forum and Im from Sweden so if my english is weird, bare with me and, feel free to correct me, so that I can improve my english.
So now to the question...
I bought a Kazuma 90-01 to my son´s and in sweden they are speedrestricted to 30Km/ h. How do I make it go faster? Is there a restriction in the exhaust, or in the carb?
All thoughts are welcome.

have you already backed off the throttle screw on the handlebars? If you are sitting on the quad it's on the front side of the throttle lever..

Other than that I don't think there is another limiter besides that.

If you really wanna get serious put a shifter motor to it..
