i have a blaster frame. its pc'd white. and i was planning on setting it up to fit some either yfz450 or raptor or even banshee a arms and shocks. I was also going to extend the stock swingarm on it then have it all pc'd again. what would something like this be worth after it has a arms, shocks, and the swinger on it? i am a prety good fabricator for this stuff, what could i get out of it?

not much. blaster parts are about a dime a dozen, and most of their owners are younger kids that end up upgrading to bigger bikes.

not discouraging you from doing it- i say go for it - but to make a profit? good luck.
