ok, i got my motor bored over and all that i i have to pre-mix now, is there any way that i can have a oil injector on it to make it get more oil when its bored 40 over? does any one know what the oil is mixed at with the oil injector? i dont think that i will need the injector off if i have it bored over becase i run my pre mix at 36-1 and 32-1 fouled plugs all the time. pm me or e-mail me at moto-x-man199@hotmail.com

amsoil denominator at 50:1 and it sounds like your jetting if off try putting the jetting back to stock, becuase boring really does nothing without porting.

50:1 is leaner right? or is it richer. could i put oil-injection back on? i always ahve ran the ams oil

what is the stock jeting? what could i do to geteh most of my motor for the low-mid motor, what would be a good pipe, a brand. what should i do for reeds? do booster bottles help? whats the best thicknedd of a reed spacer? is there a certan carb that is really good? is the stock on pritty good if you remove the tors? i still have mine on. thanks!

well to be honest with you......my blaster motor is bored .60 over and i run 50:1 all the time and it runs great. that will be my best bet for you. Havent fouled a plug yet.

stock jetting is a 230 main jet and the pilot jet is 32.5. as for the motor, porting and a stroker crank will rip. and a good pipe is LRD, g-force reed valve, as for the carb a 28 or 30mm cap will work nicely. and you really only have to remove the tors of you replace the stock carb.

for the g-force reeds, should i buy the chage too? and will a spacer help me? what would be a good sproket(sp.) choice? i have stock right now. is there somewhere where i can pick up thos parts cheap? i've beed lookin on e-bay alot lately. do the booter bottles help you out? i was thikin about making onin in my shop class and make it out of alum. any ideas? thanks! that are good tires?

is 50-1 is leaner right? and what do you run for the spark plug? i have a NGK BR8S and a BR8ES now i have a iridurim(sp) IRBR8S or IRB8ES and i have a 9 to run in it too. and i was lookin at my onwers man. and there the needle jet and there has knoches and i dont know where to set that at eather, thanks!

buy the whole g-force reed system and it comes with a spacer. boost bottles do nothing at all. 50-1 is leaner. br8s or br8es plugs are the standard ones. as for sprokets i would leave it stock for more low end.

ok, for exhaust i was gonna buy a yz125 ot a 125 pipe of of some sort, and then make it custom to fit the blaster, i like to see the crome, so its like the 250r, but i dont know what it will do, if it will goive me more low or topend or even mid. i found one on ebay. and its used and that what i would get. but i dont know what to do. oh and for shocks, can you just by shock springs? will the yfz450 shock fit the blaster? or what are some good shocks that are cheap?

the one time boost bottles do help is when you have a 34mm keihn pj carb which is why they were designed

ok , today i took my blaster out for a spin wit ha friend and the whole time after i got her wormd up she would cut out on me then come back, and e adj. the air screw and checked every thing in the bowl and all that , i dont know whats wrong, its about the mid 30's and theres snow here i dont know if that s gonna help you any but i dont know any more. thanks!

try adjusting the air fuel screw then if it still does it try cleaning your carb and changing the plug.
Posted by: woodsracer144
ok i did all that and today i rode it to my buyys house ant i was ridein it in the woods and then we stopped for a little bit for some new googs and on the top part of my jug, inbetween thehead and the jug it was all wet and moist and full of dirt, i think that i blew a head gasket or the guy at the shop didnt put the goilts on right, i dont know! but i dont have any top end when i hit the top it spits and sputters, the you dont ahve it hit the topog it and you kinda lug her around it runs ok but you shouldnt have to lug it around,

wow, are you even running a air filter???? or did you swamp it or somthing??? defanetly get it rebuilt.
Posted by: woodsracer144
i just got it rebuilt in the end of july or 06 and i havent done anything bad to it, when i broke it in i would let it riun for at least 5mins and then drive it and then really drive it how i drive, but not too far. so i think if anything that the parts shed sould do it. what do you think?
Posted by: Xater
bring it back to the shop and see that they say...
Posted by: blasterfreak99
just a suggstion you might have overheated it and the rings shrunk and is not sealing well. don't hold it against me though i am prolly wrong
Posted by: woodsracer144
i dont think that its the rings because it wet around the gasket on the one side ant it stays wet all th way out to the edge of the fin

hey Xater i saw that your blaster was for sale on a different page, how much do you want? where you at?
Posted by: Xater
im only selling it localy im trying to get around 2000$ for it. i live in massachusetts
Posted by: blasterfreak99
well then i would say you blew a head gasket.
and since you have your head off then why not shave it a couple of .10
Posted by: woodsracer144
how do you set it in the milling mach.? i know alot of people that i can use theres. what kind of plugs do you guys run in your blaster?
Posted by: blasterfreak99
i don't know about the milling machines but what i always do is tape a piece of 320 grit sandpaper to a flat surface(or just wrap it around a piece of glass) and go over it in a figure a pattern to shave about .10-.15 off.
i usually run an ngk br8es. you can pick them up at your local auto parts store. i usually go to o'reillys or advance cuz autozone sucks
