I have a 04yfz450 and when it warms up if i go to stop and pull the clutch in it rev's up,what can i do? This is my bike.

what dos it do when you are at idle, then rev it up to about 5k and let off. does it go straight down to idle?

You probably just have the idle set to high. They idle better when they are hot.

You are pobably draging your clutch. Check your clutch lever to make sure you have some free play in it. There should be about an 1/8" of free play. If you keep it tight (draging the clutch), you'll burn your clutch out pretty quick.

check to see if your trottle cable is bad, when u turn the bars does it rev if it does it the cable is bad or to tight its cant be zip tied to the bar cause when u turn it it will stretch out and rev the motor.
