k i know this has bin askl befor many times and no one really gives an answer,so can i put a 300ex bumper on a 06 250ex and do they make air scoops for the 250ex or can i fit a 300ex scoops pn it with no modifications?sorry if its these kinda post are geting anoying

You should, I think the 250ex,300ex, and 400ex all have the same front bumpers,but im not 100% sure on that. Maybe you should look and compare them?

No they do not fit......the 250EX is completely different....you can get a 400EX to fit on a 300EX...but neither the 300 or the 400 will work on the 250EX....the mounts are wider on the 250EX than the other 2......I have or have had all three bikes and I was going to use a couple of old bumpers on my wifes 250EX and none will work

my guess would be that the motor sits longitudinally and needs a wider frame...remember that motor is from the recon, not a sport atv.

I would say that is why speedy...the 250EX is nothing more than a rebadged utilty quad.....

ask Honda why the frame is wider, I'm sure they can give you some technical reasons why. But the bumpers won't work

the 400 bumper needs spacers on the bottom mounts to mount up to a 300 frame

I think its the top mounts that need spacers to mount a 400ex bumper on a 300,the bottoms are the same i believe

That is right. Depending on what bumper you have I just put my 400ex staduim bumper in a vice and bent them by hand to get it to fit right. That wont work with all bumpers, but it will for an AC.
