power head, need to rejet?

Got a prety much stock 250R that i just go a duncan racing power head for. I got it with a 20cc dome. Wondering if you think i need to rejet the thing now. It has a fmf pipe, esr 36mm flatslide mikuni and i think that it might be jetted a little rich anyhow. Let me know what you think.
