what dou racers do to make clearence for the zerks? On my 400ex i cut half moon shapes out just enough so the zerks cleared, I tried that on my lone star arms on my 04 450r with no luck. They will still hit and break once i hit some jumps.

Is there a place I can get shorter zerks, or just caps for when im riding?

I really hope there is since i cant ride like this.

You can get set screws that will be flush with the a-arm. I got mine at Lowe's, but I'm sure you could get them at Home Depot. It's a little messy swapping from the zerks to the screws, but it's not as bad a broken zerk.
