My nephew was riding his 04 660 and he told me it just died on him. Im about an hour and a half away from him and we're going to try to get it running this weekend. I have the manual and Im hoping to get some info before I get there. Has anyone had this problem before? Im thinking the stator went out. I believe he said there is no spark. He tried to pull start it and it did nothing. If the CDI box was bad, wouldnt it still start when being pulled? Hope you can help and thanks in advance.

Check all the fuses. Coulda blown one

get a voltage reader. got one at harbor freight for 3 bucks. Check the fuses. It happened to me and costs me 2 bucks to fix the problem. good luck let us know thanks

If the CDI box was bad you will not get it started even when pulling it. The cdi controls all spark. At this point it could be anything the raptor really doesn't have any common electrical problems
