I want to remove my idle advance lever on the handle bars.

Do I need to remove the entire cable (if so how) or do I tie strap it under the plastics?

Thanks

Its pretty easy. All you need to do is remove the fuel pump allen bolts. Push the fuel pump out of the way ( I used safety wire) . ANd unscrew the little nipple and cable holder off the the throttle body .Disconnect the cable at the handlebars and slide the advance lever off the bars.

Be sure to leave the spring and plunger in the idle advance nipple and holder( quad will idle rough and fast without them ) Hardest part is getting the little plastic nipple to thread back on the throttle body while compressing the spring. After that Plug the hole with Silicon and let it sit and cure.
