450r motor in a 250r chassis

A buddy of mine has a MX ready 250r and is growing tired of the 2 stroke pains. He also has a 450r and is thinking about yanking the motor out and dropping it in the 250r chassis.

How hard is this? Will the motor fit in the frame properly? Thanks.
