I've seen a lot crack in this area. I would try and bend a peice of steel over it just to be safe even if it isn't cracked. This is right where the rear shock mount it. This one cracked 3/4 the way around that square tubing.

We have had to fix breaks in the following places: foot peg mount area, upper rear shock mount area, upper rear motor mounts, and the swingarm also breaks at the weld around the chain guide.

I had over 5 different cracks in my stock swingarm at the end of the season. Mine did crack at the chain guide area too. I ened up switching to an LSR +2. Much stronger. This crack goes about 1/2 way around the swingarm.

Here's my gussetts. I also added one where the rails meet in the top of the first pic. I'll probably add one at the peg mounts and swing arm mounts, but I'm not sure how I want to do those. Anybody got some pics of those areas gussetted up?
