I call FTZ and they DO NOT make them. WTF? i thought they were a custom exhaust shop!!! anyway who can build a custom 2 stroke exhaust?

Shearer makes custom pipes. I hear they are one of the best, I think he builds the Sparks big bore pipes. But I could be wrong.

I was told he builds all of spark's 250r pipes(no longer offered anymore, also). Lrd will make you a custom pipe, I was gonna have them build one for my atc250r, but the $600 price tag was too steep.

Cpi makes some pretty custom pipes. They have a mid range and top end pipe. In frame and out of frame. They are a big bore specific pipe. I have a chrome in frame top end pipe being built by them. I can post pics once I get it

You trying to get one for that 3 wheeler. How close is the CR500 pipe to fitting the atc frame.

I don't know, I'll just stick with the pt hi-rev that is on it now. maybe you know??????? can you put trx450r(kickstart) gears and such in a 03 crf450r???? I would like my crf450r hybrid to kick forward.

yes i am. the cr500 pipe is real close. i had to cut it at the welds and turn it. in one spot i cut out 1/4" so it would not hit the gas tank.

have you got an old aftermarket atc250 pipe to check the fit? if an aftermarket could be made to fit, you may be able to get ahold of a big bore pipe thats made for the trike instead. juss a thought.

any one got further info on shearer as i am in market for a big bore TT pipe and this looks like may be only way i'm likely to get one if he made em for sparks .. ??

there web site is rubbish and i cant e mail them , which is a pain as im in UK .
who actually says he made the pipes for sparks .....???

me to! any conact info on shearer,i know u can still get new silencers from sparks (250 & 330 big bores) but no pipes

i have prices from cpi . 289 pipe + 60 for chrome + 75 for muffler .

i'm very interested in the shearer though if it will be the same as a big bore TT . thats what i'm really after .. thanks for web address anyhow hoppedrap

It won't be the same as the Sparks Big Bore, It will be the TRX-5. I've tried for almost two years now to get him to build me a sparks big bore and every time it's call sparks. The CPI is a hell of a pipe.

I Matt backed up with work or just taking things slow reason its hard to find out anything from him.
Sometimes you kinda get burned out with things.
