Anyone have an electronic copy of the service manual or know where one is? Surely someone has scanned and made a .pdf.... right?

This would be very cool. I've seen them for Yamahas on eBay, but not for Honda.

FWIW, I found this place that sell's the Clymer manual pretty cheap: http://store.yahoo.com/motobooks/clymhontrx40.html Supposedly, the Clymer manuals are a little better for someone who's not really a mechanic. I had a Clymer for a Blaster a few years back and it was probably easier to read than the actual Honda service manual.

It would be very nice but it would violate Honda's copyright on the material and likely get you into VERY hot water - especially if you sold copies on Ebay or via some other major sales avenue. Not trying to burst your bubbles because at one time I thought about doing the same thing - but the potential risks were not worth it for me.
