Suitabilty for Sand TRX90?

Looking for some info. My grandson has a Kasea 90, he is running out of power at the dunes. The question is Do I get an exhaust and new carb to perk up the Kasea or do I buy a used TRX 90? Does the Trx90 perform well in the sand without major mods? What gear do the kids ride in mostly in the dunes? Any help here would be appreicated.

Hey my son has a 06 trx90 and rides every where I do and never slows down. We ride trails and we ride the middle of the river. It is a great atv. I have friends who have some no name atvs and they all slow down in the sand the 90 never misses a beat.......
