where does the vacuum line go from the petcock? and how does it work. I seen it has prime on it?

Prime provides a constsnt flow of fuel.
"on" is off till there is vaccum. The vaccum comes from the carb. There are 3 lines from the carb. front is a vent, middle is the fuel supply, back is the vaccum.
