anyone else fould plugs on thier preds? mine does after some riding, our boy rides it at low RMPs so I thought maybe thats why

i had the same problem. dealer wasnt much help either.

i had to do alot of jetting work and installed a no limit cdi from wrh. if you don't let your kid ride it very fast them you need to get on it and clean it out a few time each ride.

also my gas tank was vapor locking so i drilled, tapped, and put a fitting in the gas cap with a hose on it.

the dealer that I got my sons from told me I would go through alot of plugs . but it hasn't fould one yet. I think we have a 06. the first few mo it was turned down about as slow as it could be now its turned all the way up. I use the polaris premium synthetic-blend oil it says its for injector or pre-mix
