I'm sure LTR-450 has a similar screw!! is it the one I took a picture of? (attached)

How does it work?

I suspect clockwise = Lean

Counter = Rich = when filter lid is off

Sorry to bust your bubble but that is the on/off valve for the gas. If you screw it in all the way fuel is cut off. Be sure to loosen it as far as it goes to make sure it's open all the way...........

Yep, what he said.

FI does not have jets. That's the beauty of FI. You don't have to take it apart and change jets. Instead you program the FI.
