Im pretty sure it will but since the wiring harness's vary slightly between the 2 years im not 100% sure.....if you have an 02 model to test on, go for it

the 01 cdi will not work properly 01 is all by itself and 02-03 are the same then you have 04-05 that are the same if you try to use an earlier model you will have nothing but problems if you can get it to plug in
