Hey guys, I found a 250x for dirt. Wanted to know your guys opinion on the bike, it will be a spare and trail rider only. For the price that it is and MINT shape its in I would hate to pass on it. I owned a 300ex about 11 yrs ago, are they comparable?

there pretty much the same thing. i think the gearing is a little different though. im pretty sure the 250x is a little faster but the 300ex has a little more torque. but still the 250x has plenty of torque and u dont notice the difference that much between the two. i just sold mine and i miss it already. great bike i would get it

How much did you sell it for? And do you know if you can put newer honda style plastics on it?
