witch hot wire on the quad do i hook the teather to i know the ground goes to the frame or some sort of ground just need to know where the other or hot wire goes.

Is it an normally open or closed type kill switch? If its open, you can't use it. If it were a Normally Closed switch you would take the Orange wire with the white stripe coming out of the blob on the handlebar, and trace that wire down into the plastic. Cut the wire, and then hook one end of the teather to one side and the other end to the other side. You then run the ground wire to any nut or bolt on the frame.

If its a Pro Armor or any other 'Open Style' you can use it. One wire from the teather spliced into the red and black wire coming out of your tip over switch, the other wire from your teather to ground. Thats what I did, works like a champ.
