This has been on going for the last two years. Heres the first photos of where its at as of 11/25/06

fmf exhaust
uni air filter(no air box lid)

This is my lil toy when im not riding the 450R. LOL

Yeah were on like our 8th or 9th stop sign. Everytime we fill it with stickers the road department comes and changes it. Good thing we have alot of stickers. LOL

NO its not done yet but its close. Next mods

burgard +3 a arms(on the way)
EBC dirt racer clutch(on order)
better gearing
white plastic
custom graphics

After that its going to be my brothers gfs new quad. Her blaster isnt cutting it anymore lol. My next project will be building a 400ex woods racer to go along with my mx 450R....

LOL nah it means to much ive put so much time and money into this thing its not even funny. Ive forgotten to mention i built this thing from scratch. EVERYTHING was purchased seperate or new.

Good to see another die hard fan. Alot of people hate on the 300's about how slow, small etc..etc.. thing is they don't understand putting 100's of days worth of hours in working on on particular machine it will set on you and the machine will turn close to priceless to you. Also, they can be built to be VERY fast quads. I have been working on this for a year, plus taking a break entirely on it for about one month. If you haven't already check it out.

I have pictures of the parts I bought new and that such for it plus MANY more I haven't even put on the net yet. The motor is going to Cycle works when it returns I can start showing off the exhaust and that such. The rims will be on it this Xmas because as soon as those babies get here with a few other things like breaks and more I am going to putting them on and saying good night to anyone near me because I will not come out of my g/f's garage until everything is shined up perfect, ready to get another pic of it. Also, the quality time you must spend with the quad or it tends to get pissed off at you and break

Very nice quad though man, hope to see more pics of it soon. Btw, I know it's probably in one of your posts but what kind of A-arms do you have and are they plus +2 making the 400ex shocks fairly nice for the 300ex? (I know plus the adaptor for the front end but anything else I should know?)
