Henderson 400 - HELP!!!

First time to do one of these desert races. Myself and 2 or 3 other guys from missouri are coming out to try this. Anyone race the henderson 400 before? We are Ironmanning it on Quads, and maybe one dirtbike rider. we called out and they said it was the toughest course they put on, but average 25 mph. We race in the woods where it is tough to get 15mph average!! so we really dont know what to expect and any words of advice, tips or techniques would be greatly appreciated!! We are super pumped about this right now and look forward to seeing everyone out there!
