Can someone tell me what jet size they ride with at Jericho Sand Dunes for a 2005 450R, HRC Kit, Open air box lid?

It all depends on the company you are getting the Jet Kit from and what elevation you are at (I have never been to Jericho). I dont know if all companies recommend to keep the lid on like Dyno Jet does, but I did read a thread on here talking about running a 170 main jet with the lid off. Seemed high to me, considering that I am running a 128 Dyno Jet main, but I have the lid on still.

Look in the How To section, there is a post about how to jet your quad. Its pretty good, and gives you a comparison chart between manufacturers.

Jericho is one of the camprgrounds at Little Sahara, Utah. We used to call it Jericho also. Elevation is 5000ft so keep that in mind. I don't know squat about jetting a 450r..
