I was just thinking in my head about the Blingstar QOTM, do I have a chance at it or is it pretty much not worth it. I was thinking of putting mine in when they do the 400ex's again. Here's a pic of it but now but I put on alittle bit more, I'll take more pics tomorrow with my new swinger and stuff. Give my your responses please.

IMO remove all the decals and find a graphics kit w/ seat cover, a hood and maybe some # plates?

By watching the previous QOTM's and it entrant's, I think It's pretty safe to say that if the bike is not 75-80% aftermarket or modified (chromed, Powdercoated, polished, etc.) It won't win.

no offense at all but, the bike is nice, but it isnt completly modified if you will notice most of the bikes that win now have a pc'ed frame and everything is polished up and just got done getting completely overhauled or are brand new with aftermarket parts. i wouldnt run my bike in it and i have pretty much the same stuff you do then some with the exception of the new addition of the swinger

How would you go about judging that?he quad with the most stickers and the largest amount of incredibly heap parts wins?

Well I was just wondering thanks, none of you hurt my feelings in anyway so it's totally ok. God I wish I could just dump all my money in my quad right now. One thing in this world I hate the most and that is, looking at money in a savings acount. I bet if I dumped my $8,000+ in right now I'd win the QOTM. I hate controling parents.

i dont know, the same way the other ones are judged, pick by what catches your eye, choice of bumpers and bolt on parts that you like

The poor mans qotm isnt that bad of an idea, all the quads that enter shouldnt have more that 2g into it, the one with the nicest bumper, bolt-on parts etc, like said above would be the winner.

lol yea theres no way i could enter into it either guess ill have to get some some PC'ed and polished up some fullbores and graphics to try it in the "normal" one

The only thing you don't have is a swinger oldskoolex400, might I suggest a LSR to go along with your A-arms and stuff, or if you don't like that there's my personal favorite Roll Design, if that's to bloody expensive for ya there's also Houser,Laeger's, JD performance I think has one, Janssen Racing and that's all I can think of right now.

yea, i will probably get a LSR to go with my other stuff. i might get a GT thunder linkage and rebuild though before i get a swingarm and see how much that helps.

It won't hurt anything to enter ur quad. IMO all the stickers would hurt ur votes. I'm a fan of having no graphics, though. I guess other people are too, since I don't have a single sticker my plastics and it still won. Plus, it seems like anything thats not set up for mx has a hard time winning.

Trust me you'll thank your parents later on down the road for not letting you put all of your money into your quad, especially if you want to sell it later on down the road, it just wont hold its value.
