i have an esr 330 pv cylender, if i understand correctly my casses were machined to fit this cylinder on? now my real question is can i put a stock jug back on my bottom end without any drawback. was lookin to go back to stock for the winter if it wasnt a problem. any insight is appeciated. thanks

Yes you can go back to a stock jug with no problems. The only drawback is that since the cases have been machined the crank case pressure won't be as much, and you will loose a little bottom end. But it won't hurt anything to go back to a stock jug, just take the 330 top end off, and put on the stock one.

I have done that before, you just end up with more crankcase volume.
Engine will be a little less responsive down low. You can compensate some trying to overcome the extra volume by useing a big bore carb like a 39mm.
