the weather was pretty nice except for the wind really messed up the dunes...i was down with family and the majority of the quads were 250Rs and i was on a YFZ most of the time...anyone else there from the site??

I was there Fri and Sat.
Friday was WINDY - but it didn't mess up the dunes, it made them perfect! Challenging as the steep side was reversed. That is a rare condition I've only seen once before. I'm sure it happens from time to time when there is a strong wind from the North.
There where drop offs and steep ridges where it's normally flat or rounded. It made for a fun and challenging day of riding.

I saw a couple dudes in tank tops and one even had shorts. I had my coat and stocking hat on! Chilly out......
