What size are my laeger's pro-trax arms?

I bougth me laeger's pro-trax arms and the seller says that they are +3.
Buth I think they are +2.
Can anybody tell me what size they are. You can see on the picture they are 42,5 cm. So are they +3 are +2?

The +3 t pin arms for my R are, bottom arm from bolt center to bolt center is 16.5 inches (43.5 cm), top arm is 12 inches from bolt center to the end of the a-arm where the jam nut is.

I had a crappy metric ruler so your probably right. The inches measurement is spot on though.
