has anyone been to coos bay lately. i know its been raining a ton and was wondering how bad the conditions are there. i have a trip planned for this weekend but dont want to go if the dunes are in bad shape

I was there on the weekend before Halloween. The weather was great. Mid 50s-60 and sunny. Perfect weather. It got a lot of wind at night so they were virgin sand in teh morning. The day after we left, they got 2 inches of rain for the next 2-3 days. Its probably gonna be crappy. Check at weather.com
