has anyone taken a 99-04 ex and removed the lights and custom fit a hood? maier or quadtech..if so post a pic too.

chris29--so did you just remove the headlights and trim off the piece that holds the key/neutral light? and it fits snug?

Yes you have to cut that out and the rest of the plastic in the middle for it to work. You just have to fit and cut.
