I have a vortex igniton on my 05 450r. It has been laying around the garge for a while now and i just decided to put it on. And now i cant find the manual to it i do not know any of the 9 settings on the box. And also it is not allowing my fan to kick on I didnt know if this was a problem with the box or this is the way it should work. If anyone can give me any information on this type of ignition box i would appreciate it. THANKS

No the vortex shouldnt have anything to do with the fan kicking on. Here's the curves.

It doesn't effect the fan coming on but does change when the temp light comes on. It comes on right before the fan runs instead of coming on after the bike is hot

Does this apply for the tokyo moded vortex as well?
Because i thought it wouldn't control my fan so we wired in directly, and come on once the switch starts to open (or close forget which one it is).
