Bad blaster tranny?

I have a 99 yamaha blaster and when you shift from 3rd gear to 4th gear it jerks,like it is about to pop out of gear.It only does it when shifting from 3rd to 4th.Does any body know what it could be and or how to fix it.It has been like this since I bought it.It only does it when you shift slowly.If you are speed shifting or just shifting fast then it doesn't do it.

then shift fast....just get a new clutch. it will solve the problems.

I'm not to sure that a new clutch will fix this. Seems like something is wrong with the tranny gears.

i would replace tranny gears or 3dr or 4th my friend had that problem in 1st gear so he bought a new one for 30$$ so i would look into do that

Well i have an old parts blaster that I can
take apart.Which gear would I need to replace.3rd gear is fine but it seems like it is about to pop out of gear when it jerks.

You'll just have to break it down and see what is damaged.
