All the sudden 400ex is smoking

My 2002 honda 400ex just started to smoke. The smoke is white in color. It started after, I changed my oil and adjusted the valves. It used to smoke only, on start when i bought it a month ago, for 30 seconds at most. Now, it smokes all the time and if i rev it smoke like a mother ****er. Is it my rings or just a wrong adjustment. thanks

try ur vavle seals....otherwise it is prolly ur rings.. make sure the oil is not overfilled and check the valves again and make sure u didn't make a mistake adjusting them

i don't think u can...u just replace them. its not that expensive
