I have a 05 400ex and want a crossbar on my handlebars dose anyone know if they make one that will fit the stock bars?

I've never seens anything like that. It would most likely be just as cheap to pick up some aftermarket bars. You can get them for as little as $30-$40 if you go for some MSR dominators or even Tusk bars.

I got lucky my bro was throwing a set of bars away today (renthals) I took the crossbar and put it on my stock bars.Ill post pics later
