Can someone tell me how to remove the dust seals from the stock a-arms and bearing carrier? These things are driving me INSANE

Yes I use a flat screw driver to remove the a-arm dust seals - but be careful you don't gouge them too much beyond repair. I did the first time I removed the dust seals because I got ticked off and used to much force. Steady pressure is the key. There is probably another method but this works great for me. Let us know how is works out for you.

It worked fine but I destroyed the seals for the bearing carrier. Which sucked because I planned to save the seals and replace the bearings. LIve and Learn...

Ah, it would have been a good idea to change the seals anyways..its cheap insuarance

good point and use marine trailer grease too!!!!!it wrks the best it blue and stuf use anit seize too!
