my rear plastic has a melted where my header goes under it .now a crack is starting ,how can i slow or stop this crack thats forming.any ideas ??

you mean under the back fender?
get some heat tape...go to an atv or motorcycle shop they have it....as for the plastic....im not sure...but if you let it go like it is...youll eventually have a hole the size of a beer can...then youll have a hot leg

To stop cracks from going any farther drill a hole at the end of it.

Drill a small hole on each side of the crack then get some heat tape to put on it.

drill holes on each side of it then get zip ties from the holes and pull them tight... it will hold like its brand new but it will look like frankinsteins quad... sorta like stitches...
