need help with chain on 150 Kasea

okay the chain is stretched out on the kasea 150 and went to the dealership and got a 428 chain and went to put it on and it wont fit, the chain is to small. I got to checking and well the 520 off my buddies 400ex is to small also, believe it or not the chain on the Kasea 150 is a Bigger size then the 400ex chain. I am at a lost.
has anyone else ran into this before?
