Hello everyone, I'm new and need some quick help. And I hope this is the correct section for my question.

I'm working on an 03' Zuk Z400 for a friend.
He broke the plug off trying to change it. So I pulled the head off and tried EZ-Out and it didnt work. I ended up taking to a local shop and got it back today. I'm hoping someone here could help me with the tourqe specs for putting it back together cause I have no manual or anything to go on. I have a few sportbike manuals and thought maybe go off them, but I'm not sure if thats a good idea. So if anyone has a manual or knows what they are that would be great. I'm wanting to get it back to him by the weekend if possible.

I need the specs for I guess everything from the the head up.

Thanks very much for any help or even pointing in the direction of some infomation.
