Is there a special tool i need to remove the old worn out bushings/bearing races stuck in the swingarm housing? or does anyone have any tricks on getting them out?

use a hydro press.

I hit them out with a 19mm 3/8 socket, if they are really tough, first hit a 18mm 3/8 socket through and the rest should come out pretty easy.

Thanks guys! I ended up spliting them with a die grinder and they came right out. I tried the sockets first and they wouldn't move.
