Some thinks it's the best thing since white bread.
My personall expieriences tell me that it's not a big deal. It certainly does NOT hurt to have it, but I have motors out there winning w/no piston window. I choose not to waste my time w/it.

I've done that.

It's a good thing. I usually only do that if the motor will be flat track/TT raced.
I forget how many grams I took off.
