I was lookin around over at z400 central and in the gallery they have a pic of a red z400? I have never a red one but it is xtremely hott! I was wondering why evry body does'nt buy the red one instead of the yellow...I even like the white ones better than yellow but that white would'nt look so pretty muddy.

Fullbore makes Red z400 plastic also. But at z400central they are fake.

How do you say something so simple-minded? Of course it cant claim honda reliability, it's been out less than 6 months, with its share of MINOR problems thus far. But as far as NEVER happening, sounds like another 15 yr old spouting at the mouth. Dont Flame. Honda makes a great bike, but doesnt mean that another mfr. can't compete. Give Kawazuki/Suzukasaki a chance man.

Z400, after 3 months...
It's a little summary about my Z400.

After 2 months, the reverse buttom is broken. Thats bad, and expensive to change...

After some jumps, my axle bent... warranty pay for that, but they put the same axle, and that will re-bent soon, I'm sure

The engine knock as ****, I don't know if it's normal, but that's very irritating.

The rear brake don't want to stop to squeak...

My fears about the suzuki reliability come true, I don't feel safe now with it, and If I can give an advice: If you really want to have a Z, wait few years or go with the 400ex right now. All my friends have 400ex 2000-2001, and they drive harder than me, and nobody have a little trouble with that...and the power of the Z is not very higher. Sorry for all Z400 lovers! I don't hate my quad at all, It's a great quad, but I must admit the 400ex is a better quad!!

Has this ever happened to ne of ur hondas after three months? My grandpa has had a fourtrax 300 4x4 for about 15-16 years and nothing has ever went wrong. As for the last suzuki we had, just like the guy that wrote this stuff above about his quad, it happened to ours also. :devil :devil I don't wanna say alot of stuff about the z bcuz i am sure that suzuki will have all of this stuff changed or fixed or whatever but for now i don't like them...No offense meant

Honda Forum or not....I didnt join the forum, nor did u since u ride a z, because of the manufacturer. You joined the forum simply for the sake of being able to talk about sport quads, racing, and just all-around bull$h!tt!ng. Same as the exriders who've joined z400central.com (and you know who you are). We joke around with the whole z is better, raptor is better, 400ex is better bs.....BUT ITS JOKING. Odd, krazy kid 'has' a Z, but its not in his profile? The reverse 'button' broke? Where is this 'button'? Engine knocking? Stop using 87 octane, and yes the axle is a little weak but u have to land wrong in order for it to bend. Big deal, the rotor sqeaks, replace or somthing, sqeaking doesn't make a quad bad.

has anyone ever noticed that the z400 looks alot like the raptor except for the grill and some other little things. It looks like the yellow team got lazy after designing the chassis.
