My friend has a 500 pred and he blew up his engine trying to keep up with me on my lt-r 450 and he got a sweet deal on a 440 kit for $200.

Does any body know how the kit is, i read about it a few years ago but cant find the mag it was in.

There is no real power increase or decrease. Pretty much expect performance to be the same.

The 440 kit simply allows polaris to enter AMA races.

from reading posts on another site the 440 revs quicker than the 500 but everthing else is pretty close.

Have you tried the Missouri Harescrambles championship series. My predator is more than capable of beating 450s in stock form.

The 2006 season is over but you should check it out.

Are you the one that won the race at st.joe state park and i will be in it next year at least the race at st.joe.

I have a highly modded lt-r450 with a good rider on it(me)!

Never mined i just saw that you are i the stock class have fun with that.
