stock sleeve- 426 or .120 over.. makes a thinn stock sleeve and is the highest you can go on it..

they make big bore kits up to 440 but you can achieve bigger displacement by stroker kits which add tons of torque.. but can get pricey..

the biggest i would go would be the 440 and can be pretty reliable with the right parts.if you want to go big i know hot rods(correct me if im wrong) makes a 460 kit that gives you all the things you need like piston,sleeve,crankshaft,bearings,and gaskets, but the kit is pricey.i myself am in the process of getting the 406 kit which is a .1mm overbore from stock.im getting this because i don't want to go that big because on these machines the bigger you go the less reliable it becomes.i was also considering the 416 too.
