i think it looks cool, take off all the fenders, lights, a pipe, nerfs, a bumper, u kno, all the stuff ppl usually put on, and it will look great. i wanna see it with mx tires/rims, maybe suspention too, couse i guess this is an xc quad

with a few minor things done to it, this will be a FINE machine. by fine i mean AMAZING. not that it isn't already i mean

future mod list to make it look one step closer to being even more sweet:

removed headlight(s?)
removed bolt on fenders for a more race look
axle
arms
exhaust

it'd be golden from there on. i can't WAIT to go to my dealer to sit on one. when is it supposed to be in stock for dealers?

I think the black version really ties the light design in nicely. It's alot better than the green and especially the white.

It's tough to say what these things look like until someone does the usual mods.

Who would of thought 2 years ago that I would be deciding between a Kawasaki or a Suzuki as my next dune quad?? Afterall, my name is trx440 !!

The orange definately looks better than the black. Can they stop it with the black already. It looks like crap in about 1 month. Nice job on the photoshop, the purple warning label on the front rezzie gave it away.

I love the narrow frame concept for the front and the fact that it's all aluminum is cool too. Hope it Holds Up after a few crashes! Not sure on the a-arms tho, steel??? But Reverse & FI?OMG!
The only thing that worries me is looking at that huge *** airbox right above the swinger! It's just waiting for a hardlanding! LOL! Get rid of the headlights and ugly *** wheels and it will look pretty sick on the MX track. Should FLY too!

Wonder how much it is....Ha! $$$$$ And I wonder what Honda and Yamaha are going to do about this next year.....FI????wider MX 450rs???Aluminum frame???

Looks like Kawasaki has covered the bases. Will the other's catch up to Suzuki and Kawi with something new? I Wonder who their MX Pro factory riders are going to be....

Plus when you go to resell your bike, reverse will give you alot more buyers. Estart, Fi and reverse are features that most want. An 04 450R is not the easiest thing to sell, trust me.

That bumper is alot like the one that came on the 87-88 Tecate4's. Nerfs are odd. but the heel guards look pretty wild. I'd take them off and sell them for scrap. Ought to get a few hundred bucks.hehe They look expensive.

The kicker is an option. If you look at the picture of the white and black ones side by side with the white one in the foreground, you can see the right side of the black one, and there is no kicker on it.

Well, personally... I think whoever designed those headlights should be shot. Just my oppinion.

And other than the massive fasteners for the fender peices it looks alright. The hood is too tall for my liking but the aluminum frame, efi and reverse make up for all that. Im not going to sell my baby to buy one of those but they might make me think twice before I buy my next quad.

Why doesnt honda come up with such revolutionary things as this?!

Notice how it's turned from red to blue, back to red, then to yellow, now green. They'll be back to red again soon with something to tease us. But for now I guess Kawaski's turn to have it's year in sales in the race quad scene.

Now this would really be a good marketing idea. If Bubba Stewuart could race the new Kawasaki ATV it would really boost sales. You know he will have one sitting in his garage......... Maybe Ricky Carmichael is retirering from bikes to start riding for Kawasaki again ON A QUAD!

I would say they did the same thing as Suziki but for a different purpose.

KFx can be race ready for GNCC
20" tires are better for GNCC as well as desert and play riding.
I would bet with as narrow as the front subframe mounts are, the arms are probably nearly as long as Suzuki.
It is fuel injected.
Under seat pipe is a nice way to centralize mass, but I doubt it makes a huge impact as far as handling is concerned.

450 motor in a 400 chassis???? I wonder what pictures you have seen.

eh i dont think so, the motor in that looks just like the motor of the kfx450. and if u look on the stock kfx450 youll see a black plug just like on yfzs and 450ERs, a spot for a kicker. not sure why u said a dirtbike motor? the pipe looks like dirtibke pipes but i guess thats just kawasakis racing pipe. i doubt there would be a hybrid of the very quad they are releasing!

I dont think they would put a hybrid at a dealer show anyway. These are supposedly rides you'll be able to get from the dealer.
I do like the fact that the put performance parts on. Hopefully they'll do like yamaha's GYTR parts.

when was this? like 1999 or so? how old is the mojave and kx250 dirtbike? they're both extremely old. no company would make a hybrid of their own before it's even out.
