i'm looking at a 2006 stock KFX carb for my 03 KFX. will it bolt right on with just some rejetting??
Also how big are the 03 carbs?

the 05 and newer models have tps on the carbs so you will need a newer wiring harnes also.

what all would i have to get with the wireing harnes??

there is a plug in fot the tps on the carb. just look for a whole harness on ebay or something. you might need the cdi box off of one to. im not sure about that but it makes sense.

Yes you will need the CDI. If I am not mistaken the earlier 05 models had the CDI hardwired to the harness. So watch what you get. You may check, but I think you can get a bypass for the TPS. I know they make something for the FCR carbs.
