i have a 2000 banshee, and whenever i put it into neutral, the thing idles like it is about to explode...any suggestions?

check the carb slides. They seem to stick very easily especially if they get even a little wet. Pull them out and clean them then try it again.
If it still haveing problems, might just be that the idle is set high. Once it's in gear, the RPM's will drop if your clutch isn't adjusted properly and the clutch plates are grabbing.

If you have a boost bottle your intakes may be ripped, mine have ripped 2 times in a year so far
