throttle position sensor failure!!!

Does anyone have info on problems with the LTR throttle position sensor? I am the 2nd to have a thottle position failure at my local dealer.

It was running very badly this weekend (huffing & puffing & breathing fire...) Had it on the dyno this morning and the air:fuel was 16.5:1!!!
