My buddy just installed a yoshi pipe and cherry bomb but it misses out when he plugs the light in. he has to take the light off to make it run with out missing out. What do you guys think the problem is?

Misses out? WTF does that mean? I dont see how a light and an exhaust can have anything to do with one another.

the motor misses out when you rev it up with the light plugged in. When you take the lightout it runs fine. it only happened when he installed the pipe, he installed the cherry bomb after thinking it would fix it but it didnt.
