are kenda knarlys good,wut about the knarleys xc?and if i get 20 inch tire instead of 22 inch tire for my 250ex wut difrence will it make?

yes the Knarlys are a pretty decent trail tire. i prefer the Klaws because i like their tread design better but what ever goes. the 22's wil give you more top end, but considering you machine has a smaller displacement, it will probably "bog" down on your performance quite a bit. get the 20's

I have tried both 20's and 22's on the 250, and there is no way i would ever in my life get 20's. There is no top speed at all (stock is 22 inch) If top speed matters at all i think you should get the 22's.
