Depends on his racing series. Some of them have different color plates for different classes.

THEY ARE RATH NERFS AND I JUST REMOVED THE HEELGUARDS TO SAVE SOME WEIGHT.. I RUN PROD. C AND ATVA REGS SAY I HAVE TO HAVE YELLOW NUMBER PLATES WITH BLACK NUMBERS....

ametuers can still run that color if they feel like it. As long as there is no rule for their class, he could run blue all day.
