hey guys my buddie has an 04 banshee threw a connecting rod threw the side of the motor. he wants 2 sell it 2 me for $900 also needs hole set of fenders an sum lil stuff. has pipes jet kit air filter boost bottle and skid plates. i ride 4 strokes so i have no idea how much or what it takes 2 fix this. do u guys think its worth it and how much do u think it would cost 2 fix it. thanxs

pay the $900 and just get a new engine of ebay for it, then your good to go. If not send him my way and I will give him $900 for it

depending if its stock or not it can run anywhere from $600 to a few thousand. Normally you can get a decent motor for around a $1000, but then you can also still sell off your motor for a few $$$ so the cost will even out a little better

I would buy it. You can find a banshee motor on ebay or even here on exriders. U know what the quad needs start looking on ebay for parts real cheap. If I was u I would buy it too bad he not in arizona or I would be all over it.

You can get a whole used that runs for around $400 - $600 depending on what kinda build,
